She did a great job of developing the environment to the point that everyone was sharing and discussing. We learned a lot from each other and really enjoyed the time. First time I’ve sat for a daylong conference and never zoned out or lost interest. She had us spend hours developing and evaluating a final report. It was worth every minute, really valuable.”

“I found the training to be fantastic! I wasn’t sure what it was going to entail but I was pleasantly surprised by how through and in depth the training was. Lisa was great! I really liked that Lisa had us write our own Executive Summary at the end, and presented it in a way as if we were really listening to a witness, for example, reading/speaking at a normal pace, but not slowing down to much as a witness does not slow down. This made for a truly life like experience. I also liked that she made us read our statements in front of everyone. This made things real for a lot of us! And made us put into practice the things we learned throughout the previous days. It was also a great way for us to hear other people’s point of view and how they came to their conclusions.”
