Lisa provides risk management advice and case assessments for employers, employees, and attorneys who may want an independent case evaluation prior to trial.  Lisa also consults with both plaintiff and defense counsel, providing assistance with trial and witness preparation as well as case analysis.

Lisa’s practice includes advising employers and employees on employment matters including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, protected leave, and the ADA interactive process. Her practice also involves reviewing and drafting employment contracts, drafting independent contractor agreements, advising health care professionals on business practices and confidentiality issues, representing professionals in legal negligence matters, advising parties on personal injury claims, and assisting families using in-home care providers in determining whether the caregivers should be employees or independent contracts.
